Rather Quits

Yes we all know "rather biased" and the Bernie Goldberg stories. Im intrigued by the possibility that the right "frequency" for Dan will be CNN. Yesterday, CNN canned Princell for Klein--an old time Dan apologist ( see the pajama clad blogosphere). CNN denied any talks yesterday, but methinks the road has been paved for "Rather 360" or " Dan Rather Live" or "Showbiz Rather with Bill Tush"! Plus poor old CBS...they have NO ONE on their bench. Pelley and JD Roberts ( his old moniker in Miami) do nothing for ol'RF. Shep Smith anyone? Stay classy and COURAGE. FURLEY OUT!

Monday Night Mess

Why cant "progressives" get it? It's not about sex, black men, or 40something actresses victimized by plastic suregons.
Parents DONT want there kids bombarded with silly innuendo when they tune into MNF. It's ok on NYPD or Desperate Housewives; Parent should do their homework and realize these shows arent for kids. But a matchup between the Cowboys and Eagles doesnt tell parents that some bawdy skit will proceed the game.
Sure the game has cheerleaders and ads are full of sex. Yet that doesnt mean that ABC/NFL should hop on that bandwagon. It has nothing to do with being "prude" or "bible thumpers". Just because I enjoy viewing Internet porn doesnt mean I want my kids to.

Olbermann

Ok. I used to like Keith. Sunday Night Sportscenter with Dan Patrick and Olbermann was hee haw hi-larious. But he has been on a downward spiral for years(ESPN2-MSNBC-FOX-MSNBC-what's next? ART BELL COAST to COAST?) He has hit rock bottom.

Voter fraud Conspiracies? Homeland Security stealing OHIO votes for BUSH? Michael Moore really Karl Rove in drag? ugh. I guess his obsession with O'Reilly phone sex-capades finally pushed him over the brink. For a hearty chuckle, his MSNBC blog is a must read.
