RF semi retirement from the Sandbox

My goal, many months ago, was to ride out and meet all the attacks on BUSH and the GOP. I hoped to give info to those who were undecided or wavering. I wasnt going to cede the high ground to the "progressives" and Michael Moore wannabees.
Ive tried to keep my sense of humor. Nothing worse than a potty mouthed flame war on a message board. But my work here is done. George W. Bush started his second term yesterday. Since the election.this place has become the DemocratUnderground for newsfolk. Talk of conspiracies, stolen election and Nazis. Where Sen Byrd's KKK history is "ok" because he apologized, but Bush is Hitler.
The amount of anti US pro-islamist stuff is creepy. Its not my place to tell you what to read, but I hope others out there can recognize BS when they step in it. Im not leaving forever. Ill probably just lurk..throwing in a few smart ass quips when they come to mind.
But I dont want to debate the latest posts from Greg Palast,Janeane Garafalo or IslamOnline.net
I get it. You hate BUSH. You hate Cheney. You hate the GOP. You hate the war in IRAQ. SOCIAL SECURITY is A-OK. the GOP wants to round up GAYS, BLACKS and MUSLIMS. The 2000 election was stolen by JEB. The 2004 election was stolen by BLACKWELL.
I get it. FNC is the enemy. RUSH is the anti-christ. HANNITY is FAT. ANN COULTER is Eva Braun. The media is RIGHT WING. The islamists are right to hate us. You made your point. over and over and over again.
Hopefully my young padawan in Texas will keep up the tradition of obscure pop references and sarcasm. Ol RF will retire to his booth at the Regal Beagle. If anyone feels the need for an immediate RF fix, just mosey on over to :

Take a look at the new posts today..."BUSH ON THE SAUCE" and "RACIST SOUTH"...just the craziest drivel out there...flawed logic, glaring omissions. Im almost tempted to comment. oh well. Stay classy, FURLEY OUT!
